Digital Media Essentials for Marketers, 1 Day workshop

This intensive one day workshop is designed for marketers looking to further their understanding of digital. Over the past 5 years Ebiquity have trained over 400 marketers, focusing on the key areas they need to know and may not have learned from their agency partners. The focus is to drive greater transparency and accountability for digital investment through better processes and an understanding of the core metrics which will best hold digital media to account.

The workshop is designed into 3 key parts:

  1. Knowledge: Demystifying core concepts
  2. Process: Working better with your agencies
  3. Understanding: Challenging the strategy and understanding the media plan

Our approach is engaging and interactive with group work and break out sessions to help you understand the core principles. Its fast paced to cover the ground necessary but also designed for marketers of all experience levels from assistant brand managers right up to marketing directors. Although designed for marketers we have found that procurement teams working with marketing have also found the workshop beneficial.

We will be holding the workshop at the Pullman on Hyde Park in Sydney which provides an excellent training venue and catering. You will receive a comprehensive workbook consisting of theory, tools and checklists to help you go forward and implement what you have learned. Case studies and examples have been developed based on our real life client experiences to help bring the concepts to life.

Ben is a digital marketing specialist with experience spanning all facets of digital including strategy, media planning and buying, search, CRM, and eCommerce. He has experience of working with major companies across all sectors gained while Digital Director at UM and Managing Director of full-service digital agency Profero. At FMM (now Ebiquity), Ben led the development and rollout of the Digital Benchmarking and Campaign Review service as well as developing and running the Digital Workshops. Since its inception in 2011, he has trained well over 250 marketers. Ben is a fully qualified Accountant and, prior to his career in media, was a Management Consultant for Deloitte. As such, he brings an unusual mix of business and media expertise to the team.
