Ebiquity China – New Management, New Capabilities

Ebiquity Asia Pacific Managing Director Richard Basil-Jones has announced a change in the management team at Ebiquity China and signalled the marketing and media consultancy’s future focus on new practice areas for China. With offices in Shanghai and Beijing, Ebiquity China will be looking to leverage the global resources to provide an enhanced service offering to its clients.

Pauline Tsang, currently Managing Director for the company is leaving to spend more time on her personal priorities. Pauline has been a senior member of the team for several years and has been a big part of the successful development of the media benchmarking business that has been the company’s main focus in China. Ebiquity acquired the previously independent China Media Consulting Group in 2014.

Taking on the role of Managing Director for China will be D.Sriram. Sriram is well known and highly regarded in advertising circles in Asia, having run Starcom Mediavest Group in Asia for many years, before embarking on a career as consultant and entrepreneur in ad-tech and marketing services. In addition to his 18 years of agency experience, Sriram has established a cloud-based advertising delivery company in China, managed a programmatic/mobile start-up and consulted to several other marketing services start-ups, both in China and across the rest of the region. Sriram has spent over 10 years in China and knows the market intimately so is extremely well placed to take on this new role.
